Frequently Asked Questions

Breeding Monsters

All Monsters can breed with their own kind; you just need 2 of that kind to breed. Tap a Monsters cage and press the "breed" button to begin breeding. Select Monsters can be cross-bred with other eligible Monsters to create new unique Monsters. You can find out what Monsters can be cross-bred in the store where the Monster has "cross-breedable" next to their picture. Tap the Breeding Lab in the middle of the park to select your monsters for cross-breeding.

Crystals

You need Crystals to place Monster Cages. If you run out of Crystals to place your Cages you can expand your park in the Land section of the Store.

Cages

Not all cages are the same! Special Monsters may require certain Cages. Larger Monsters require better Cages. After a while your Cages will get dirty, this will cause your Monsters to get sick faster. Make sure to keep your Cages clean!

Ticket Sales/Visitors

Remember to collect coins from your Ticket Booth! The more Monsters, structures, decorations and trees you put in your park, the more visitors will be attracted to it and you will get more coins!

Levels/XP

The higher your level, the more you can do! Get to the next level by earning XP. XP can be earned by doing just about anything in the park, from buying trees to cleaning your Cages!

Missions

Missions are located in the bottom left corner of the screen. Complete missions to earn extra XP!

Staff/Helpers

You can hire Helpers to clean your Cages and feed your Monsters for you. Some Helpers can handle more Cages than others, so make sure you hire a Helper who can serve all your Cages!

Currency

You can earn free Crystals by clicking on the "Get Free Crystals" button in the "Buy Currency" section of the Store.

How do I earn free Crystals?

What happened to my Monsters?

If your Monsters appear as a black slate in their cage, it means they were unattended too long and died. You can revive your Monsters by selecting the cage and use Crystals to revive them.

Park Stats

You can view your park stats by tapping the "Visitors" icon at the top middle of the screen.

Billing Support

Monster Park is free so why do you offer billing support?

Monster Park is free to download.  You can, however, make in-app purchases using real-money for optional products to enhance gameplay.

What can I do if an unintended purchase is made?

How do I disable in app purchases to prevent unintentional purchases?

You can disable in-app purchases on your device using the available settings.  From your device, click on

Settings > General > Restrictions and then select OFF for In-App Purchases.

How do I turn off App Notifications?

You can switch them off by going into iPhone Settings. Scroll to the bottom and switch Monster Park Notifications to OFF.

What is Scoreloop and why do I need to accept something?

Scoreloop enables you to play the game with your friends by visiting their parks and competing on the leaderboard.
